I learned Pascal at college in the late 90's. I actually loved it as it was a big upgrade from BASIC which I'd taught myself at home on a Commodore. Always will have a soft spot for Pascal but any time I go back to it for nostalgia... man is it clunky compared to Python which is my preferred one today. Plus of course we didn't have the infinite online resources back then either.
