@engineer6250 You're talking as if there were any court cases. There were none. The courts rejected them not on the evidence, but on technical and "standing" grounds.

Of course, they have to. Do you need any more evidence than what's happened on Twitter recently to prove that anyone giving a dissenting opinion gets removed?

@engineer6250 10,000 accounts were banned. I struggle to believe they were all inciting riots. And it doesn't take long to find many, many examples of riots being encouraged in the other direction with zero consequence at all.
