  1. "Leadership" is a loaded word. It implies that you have responsibility for all the people working under you. You don't, outside what the law demands. You do have responsibility to the organisation you run. And if you can benefit that organisation by laying off people to replace them with AI and potentially increase it's productivity, then you have failed if you do not do that.
