  2. Yeah, terrible. I'd love to know more because there's two very different potential crimes here - either stealing a car and then realising there are kids inside it, or intentionally kidnapping the kids. Completely different things although the distress as a parent would still be excruciating. None of the reports I've read really give much information on his motive.
