This is reported by the Kyiv Independent with reference to a Facebook post by Ukrainian naval commander Oleksii Neizhpapa. "Our soldiers continue to turn Russian equipment into scrap," Neizhpapa writes. The commander also shares a video that apparently shows a drone targeting a Russian Pantsir-S1 vehicle. A Pantsir S-1 has an estimated price of around $15 million, according to the Kyiv Independent. According to media reports, such a system is held responsible for the shooting down of an Azerbaijani plane on December 25.
