In the worst case, the conflict remains frozen, there is such a thing. This would mean that sanctions and ostracism by the civilized world will remain in place and thus no return to normality. There are hardly any Europeans left in Russian cities. The psychological consequences of cities becoming culturally impoverished should not be underestimated. Instead, more and more uniforms and propaganda everywhere.
