  1. US Secretary of State Antony Blinken warns of Russia's plans to share modern space and satellite technology with North Korea. This is in return for North Korea's military support in the Russian war of aggression against Ukraine, he says at a press conference with his South Korean counterpart Cho Tae Yeol in Seoul. According to estimates by South Korea and the United States, the isolated regime in North Korea has sent ammunition, heavy weapons and over 11,000 soldiers to Russia over the past few months to support Moscow. Blinken also said that Russia is on the verge of formally recognizing North Korea as a nuclear state.
