  1. Not sure why a paramedic couldn't restart his heart with a defibrillator. If they even had one. Why did his heart stop beating? Neck compression cannot stop your heart from beating. Otherwise people would be dropping dead at every grappling competition.

  2. Doesn't make sense. You can pass out from chokeholds. But unless you're pumped full of drugs, your heart shouldn't stop beating from a chokehold.
