  5. There wld hv been no issue of reservations had Gandhi not blackmailed Ambedkar into forgoing Separate electorates for Sc & Sts in lieu of Reservations. Ambedkar never ever demanded reservations for the oppressed castes as he knew that he had a better and effective alternative in separate electorate and so he had been successful in obtaining it after months of deliberation, discussion supported with iron clad evidences which underscored the fact that the Obc’s, Scs & Sts weren’t considered as hindus at all by the oppressing castes hindus. But scared of the possibility of becoming a minority in the event of the implementation of Ramsay Mcdonald award Gandhi, as per the directions of his masters, resorted to the last of his weapon of blackmail: fast unto death. Ambedkar stood his ground but at last had to give in to the dire consequences the oppressed castes wld get subjected to in the event of gandhis death due to fasting and so he swallowed the bitter pill of reservations.   19. manuwadi judges ka manuwadi judgement: The minority oppressing castes hv hd been enjoying varnashram reservations since 1000s of years under manusmriti- even during modern british rule - and they therefore control almost 80% of wealth and power, even than they hv been given 10% EWS reservations. These judges were supposed to know the constitution wherein it’s clearly stated that reservations-is-representation and not a poverty alleviation scheme. But blinded by their caste-cronyism these judges have ruled otherwise….However the silver lining in this judgement is the doing away with the 50% ceiling; earlier it was imposed to curtail obc mandal reservations to 27% although the recommendation was for 52% but when it came to distributing Revdi’s to their castes the judges shamelessly removed that bar. There cannot be a better example of casteist judgement than this…….The cancellation of 50% ceiling seems to be under pressure from the large scale conversion wave out of hinduism (which is actually bammanism )

Nearly 20,00,000 evm machines ( exactly the same number of machines are used to conduct elections) are missing and nobody is complaining about it. 2014 was won also by manipulating evm’s although an anti congress atmosphere was created with the help of press and caste-communal bureaucracy so as to divert public attention from evm vote manipulation, the 2019 elections were fully manipulated by the help of evm’s and facades like phulwama & balakot were created just to underplay the role of evm’s. In 2024 the atmosphere was so anti bjp that had bjp won with clear majority the doubts about evm’s wld hv got certified, even the opposition this time was alert. But still the findings of the NGO working for fair electoral exercise has concluded after its research and analysis that this bjp govt has robbed the 2024 mandate by manipulating the results at nearly 80+ constituencies with the help of Election commission and pliable bureaucracy ….
