  6. In India the society is divided into 5 categories: on top is the bamman caste (suppose to be the custodian of all knowledge : now pls don’t ask which knowledge because they hardly invented anything ..not even a pin ) , lower to him is the warrior castes ( who lost all battles n caused India’s subordination to all invading conquerors and demonstrated their ‘valour’ only against the unarmed and helpless ‘lower castes’ ), lower than the top two and third on the hierarchy are the Banias ( the business castes known much for its business malpractices than acumen and the caste which gained the most financially alongside the bammans as even today the bamman+Bania cabal comprising merely 10% of total population controls over 80% of total wealth legal as well as illegal), fourth in the hierarchy is the Shudra castes whose primary duty is to serve the top three castes and for which they hv to engage in all manual labour, fifth and the last in this hierarchy is the untouchables and tribals who represent the ones who challenged the tyranny of this bammanical exploitative order and were thus relegated to the lowest rung of the society and subjected to all sorts of humiliation and scourge, the forth & fifth castes comprise nearly 85% of India’s total population. Interestingly this structure of castes has also got manifested in all the religions which were born out of their challenge to Vedic/Bamman Hinduism such as Jainism, Sikhism as well as in Islam and Christianity as it exist in India. Indian soviety is the only society in the world wherein roughly 96.5% of total population is looked down upon by the dominating 3.5% who represent the light-skin bamman caste and are the ones who migrated to India from Eurasia thousands of years ago, this looking-down syndrome has also affected the other castes as they also in turn keep looking-down on the castes below them while taking satisfaction from the feeling that they aren’t the lowest of the lowly. Over the years caste & casteism the two vehicles of discrimination have evolved themselves to sustain itself even in the ever changing socio-economic-political structures so effectively that even today it has managed to dispense privileges to the advantageous castes and pains to the subaltern disadvantageous castes just as before. It is therefore essential to understand India and all its problems mainly from the perspective of caste and casteism.
