  2.  @MrWhis-fe5hs  Children are not responsible for "following dress codes", their parents are. Enforcing the code for some kids (Black) vs other kids (white) is the crux of the problem. Small kids who are neat & clean shouldn't be a problem for a casual family restaurant. It's not a 5 star elegant night time restaurant.

  3.  @redeyeskuriboh2839  The restaurant sign shown at 1:00 does not mention "Sports Jerseys". He's wearing a kid's tee shirt with a design. What is a "jersey"? Is that like a sweater? Then the mgr is arguing about the shorts, not the shirt. The white child is wearing shorts. The restaurant sign doesn't mention shorts. If they want to be fashion police, they need to be much more specific. That's the whole problem here, murky rules, enforced unevenly.
