  1. When Raja is "under stress" he fabricates entire narratives, and delivers Oscar-worthy re-enactments. There was a time in the world when shooting a innocent man in the back was unacceptable.

  2. I noticed that he had his right hand positioned as if he had pointed the gun "sideways", as we see in some movies. If someone is used to holding a handgun properly, wouldn't his re-enactment reflect proper firing position, with the thumb at the side, rather than facing the ground? I can actually understand cell phone in left hand, but the "firing position" of the right hand looks bogus.

  3. He didn't identify as LEO. What was Jones supposed to think, when a random person stops & shouts at him, to put up his hands? Raja lied and concocted a story, to cover his actions. What reason or probable cause did he have, to even effect an arrest of a disabled motorist? Vehicles break down all the time, it's not a criminal offense.

  4.  @stevekeys262  the Miranda rights are intended to prevent self incrimination, after a subject is arrested and brought in for questioning. LEO aren't required or expected to read them at the point of the arrest.

  5.  @stevekeys262  Miranda rights aside, normally an arrest requires that the person be "suspected of committing a crime, about to commit a crime, etc" (can't remember the 3rd point). Probable cause, which Jones didn't satisfy. Jones could have been detained, but not lawfully arrested, as there was no evidence of criminal purpose or activity.
