@GM-bc5qs I don’t think you have freedom if you can be imprisoned for not agreeing with somebody. If you still consider that having some form of freedom, well then even in North Korea they have some level of freedom so every country is free and I literally had this exact conversation with someone and then they agreed that North Korea is free and then I agreed with myself that they are a complete moron. Yeah Canada has more freedom than North Korea but they aren’t a free country because they can be prosecuted for speech that the government deems in moral or wrong think. They are objectively not a free country where they are more free than North Korea.But China is more free than North Korea and so is Russia but I don’t consider either of them free countries

@kingryan69 no he’s right. Saying people are Native American or indigenous is just as stupid as saying people are African-American if they are black anywhere in the world which people do. They were European black people and they were white African people and they were black people they immigrate to the United States not from African dissent. Just look up the definition of something being indigenous in the definition of being native. I do you say Native American but it is really stupid

@bofumytofu read my comment if you have time. I agree. Show doesn’t know anything about nutrition, at least not the actual basics of nutrition but 95% of people in the world I would say don’t know the most basics of nutrition and when I say basics I mean as basic as 2+2 = 4 and I’m really not trying to be hyperbolic. But I left a big explanation of why keto itself is a scam. If you can stick to a diet that is expending more calories than you taken, is it good for you if you find something you can adhere to. Adherence and burning more calories than you taken is 100% the only thing that matters when it comes to fat loss.Cutting carbs is not healthy.

I’m sure plenty of people have been struck by lightning or noticed it before but Benjamin Franklin is the one who really discovered it and put it to use. Congratulations to the people who stumbled upon the Americas and didn’t notice that they found the most incredible discovery in human history. Congratulations to Christopher Columbus for actually discovering the Americas and becoming the most important person in world history.

@TheQuilava96 and I’m someone who thinks evil was always evil. I don’t have a lot of grace for people who support abortion now. I view them the same as people who supported slavery who are the holocaust or anything else. That being said, this idea that they would have been any better and that time is what bothers me so much! The same people who think Christopher Columbus is so abhorrent are the most evil people in western civilization now.At least 100% of the people I’ve met. Anybody supporting the legal murder of 1 million unborn humans a year in the United States is not a better person by any standard and Christopher Columbus.

@jordancambridge4106 actually resistant training and weightlifting is very important when you’re losing weight to preserve muscle and actually lose body fat but you are right walking is a great way to lose body weight. It’s not tough on your knees like running isAnd you can walk a lot farther than you can run so you can burn more calories overall and it’s not so stressful so it’s easy to adhere to.
