If a film has women put in the lead role or at all because the implication is we need more women in Hollywood or even worse women are discriminated in the United States and they be more representation, I’m not interested in it. If you have a good story to tell and it’s about a female character, because men and women aren’t interchangeable and stories already written, then I’m down to see it. Pirates of the Caribbean was always my favorite franchise of all time but that last film was so horrible lol

  4. Tony Jie no they do not make loads of cash. It’s to push the narrative that women are oppressed and discriminated against in the United States. People are triggered because they disagree with something. That’s what left wingers don’t get.   6. Know if they made a really good film and they had a new leading role man they did a great job with a different character people would not say he’s a rip off. That’s why people didn’t say joker was a rip off of Heath ledger. Either way Disney doesn’t do female lead action films well. They make the women annoying and I also don’t feel like watching a movie that’s inevitably going to bring in left-wing politics. Just like Black Panther dead. A lot. And they were stupid and contradictory of the film. But why does it matter if Johnny Depp wants to come back? They already essentially created a new cast in the last film. Also the girl in that movie who was the scientist was the most annoying character I’ve seen in a Disney film in a long time. But people also cannot tell the difference between a good performance from somebody and character being well written. Just like in the movies terrible they’re going to say the new leading man was awful and a rip off of Jack sparrow even if he clearly wasn’t in anyway. But the films done great nobody will see that
