  2. I like hickory and apple chips. I sometimes like mesquite, but these days, the mesquite chips I buy don't taste the same as the old days, maybe mixed with something. I try to pull my fish off before the albumin starts squeezing out, that liquid that squeezes out and coagulates like milk colored tears, cryin' cause it's overdone.
