@deathifight7408 Not really no. Again, Ben's issue is one of beliefs, not communication. He believes these things wholeheartedly, but retracts things when people call him out. Take his comments on Jewish people in this very interview, claiming they are largely irreligious. That is false. Jews in America largely consider themselves religious Jews, however Ben is a Zionist, and does not believe that any non-Zionist Jewish person could every be called a religiously Jewish person. He is gatekeeping religion, meaning even his explanations in this interview are faulty lies. His exact wording in his tweets openly attacks the Palestinian people, then when he gets backlash he immediately walks it back in the next tweets, even though his attempts to walk it back completely contradict when he just stated.
So no, Ben is not misunderstood, he instead strives to make people think he was misunderstood every time he tests the fascist waters.
Oh, and nobody cares how Andrew Neil presents himself. This is not a debate, and questions don't suddenly change their meaning when asked by someone from the left or the right side of the political aisle. The only thing that changes is Ben's ability and method of dodging the questions.
but sure, keep saying that these are bad interviews, when in reality we learnt a lot about Ben that you would never see in a US interview. Maybe your interviewers should start asking harder questions.
