Comments by "Hobbs" (@hobbso8508) on "COVID-19 hospitalizations could surpass the pandemic’s peak in January" video.
According to the CDC, who gather data from various reporting states and hospitals in turn, only around 1% were vaccinated.

@decukoppe3615 Weird how you so quickly switched from discussing stats when they stopped supporting your claims.
3
Dakattack Let me finish that thought. "Biden actually sucks the venom out of America's wounds to heal the nation."
2
@decukoppe3615 Stats like this wouldn't even come from VAERS, they would come from hospitals who are testing their inpatients on admission. Your lack of knowledge on the stats and where they come from is why you believe such nonsense.
2
And how many of those were hospitalized for some reason other than covid?
2
@robotron17 I know how it works, that really doesn't change the protocols they have to stick to if you are positive or the people dying from covid. Covid patients, no matter the reason for their entry into the hospital, are considered covid patients as they have to be kept in a separate area of the hospital. What differentiates the numbers is the people dying of covid, which is a lot.
2
@robotron17 Again, it's reported that way because of the way they need to separate patients. The vast majority however are there due to covid directly. That's why deaths keep increasing, especially in Florida, in line with covid cases.
2
@catvideos3249 Of course it worked. They locked down and cases went down. How is that not working?
2
@juanheroes9348 Australia, over the entire pandemic, has had 56K infections and just over 1,000 deaths. Florida, which has had no lockdowns and has a population smaller than Australia, has had more deaths and new infections than that every single week for the LAST 3 WEEKS! Lockdowns work.
2
@catvideos3249 Yes there has. My favourite data is actually the UK where they have lockdowns during peaks and very specific drops during and after the lockdowns. Not to prepare, to not get overwhelmed. If they are getting overwhelmed they lockdown again.
2
@catvideos3249 You could just look it up. Reddit has a great visual representation. So you think cases start going down at the same time as lockdown for literally no reason, even though it happens perfectly in line, no matter the current case numbers?
2
@t nonyabusiness Yes the highest proportion of US covid hospitalizations is not obese people, it's unvaccinated people.
1
@decukoppe3615 I don't. I know a couple of people who went without though.

@decukoppe3615 As long as you get one of these: https://youtu.be/j9V78UbdzWI?t=62

@decukoppe3615 VAERS is a vax injury reporting system and has nothing to do with hospital records of covid patients. All the info comes directly from hospitals and is available online.
1
@evamarie6090 What about Israel? Their hospitalization rates are lower than their vax rates when comparing the vaxed and unvaxed populations.
1
@shaunstark4263 And every state who report their numbers to the CDC separately.
1
@shaunstark4263 Claiming that people are only repeating what they hear right after repeating your lies about PCR false positives is the height of irony.
1
@shaunstark4263 They do verify cases, and Kary Mullis died before covid so weird angle to attack from.
1
@shaunstark4263 While the test is not for diagnosis of an active infection, it is not being used to manipulate numbers. They set a number of cycles to allow for accurate testing. What it does find is if there is a certain number of strains of the virus, and a rough viral load based on how many cycles it took to detect. It does not see if that virus is infectious or causing active illness. We do however have separate tests that do see active infection if you test positive, as well as antibody tests to see if you are past the infection.
1
@catvideos3249 Right, which is why we should view it as the experiment, and view the weeks before as the control. We're talking separate instances with separate numbers of infected before lockdown and separate responses. The only constant is the lockdown. If you have something else in mind then share it.
