If I win say King county in NY by 90% and lose every other county, getting 49%, I still win the whole state easily, even though I lost 61 counties out of 62. Elections are not decided by counties.   5.  @miraclesendless2803  They contacted the voters and gave them an opportunity to fix their own ballots, how is that an issue. Surely that's the exact opposite of fraud. There is nothing in the state constitution about this. In fact the word signature isn't even in the state constitution. Voting was held on the specific day, they simply allowed people who mailed in their ballots before or on the day to still be counted. Since they had no control over their own ballots before votes were starting to be counted I don't understand your issue. This is also not mentioned in the state constitution. If you're going to lie about a state's constitution maybe try reading it.
