  1. Biden has attacked China on both their attacks on Hong Kong and the Uighur concentration camps, 2 things Trump never did. He also imposed sanctions on Chinese government officials. Trump's entire stance on being "tough" on China was to call them cheaters and charge American businesses for buying Chinese products. While this can be effective, you would be much better off attacking Chinese officials and businesses rather than American ones.
