@nco_gets_it Sure, if you ignore all the times Fauci has been published this year alone, then it absolutely does appear that he is not a scientist. He's had almost 10,000 citations this year, and managed almost 11,000 last year. How many citations do you have? Especially in the fields of virology and immunology? You have no idea what you're talking about. His position is also supported by the entire NIH and CDC. He is not a lone person just saying things like you are, he is presenting the evidence of 2 government agencies, and people are agreeing so much they have cited him over and over and over again.

@Chris-Data_Analyst He saw it coming because that's what has been happening on and off for years. Bird Flu: 2014-15 Swine Flu: 2009 Horse Flu: 2004 SARS-CoV-1: 2002-04 Zika virus: 2015-16 Legionnaires' disease: 2014-15 These are just the ones in North America. It was easy to see for anyone in the field that outbreaks happen and should be both expected and prepared against. The real question is, why would you want to remove the guy who knew something like this was going to happen? Surely he's exactly who you want on the case.
