This is why you aren't a lawyer. She actually was saying that you cannot use such a wide-ranging question and try to apply it to individual cases. You're using poorly defined terms with the lowest possible bar just to try and get an incriminating "yes" out of someone. Define "social justice". If someone is charged of 8 counts of theft for several different instances when they stole food from the same store to feed their homeless and starving family over the course of a month, is it social justice to reduce the number of counts or to give a lesser sentence? Is it wrong to do that? Would you agree that circumstances can have an effect on the application of the law? Without looking at the extremes how could you ever answer the question. And without taking a significant amount of time to review those extremes expecting an off-hand response to such ridiculous "gotcha" questions is pathetic. This is a stage, and the GQP are using it to try and make a point, a point that doesn't line up with reality. You're being led by the nose by these hacks.

@oneofthosepeople2101 It doesn't matter. Her personal stance and opinion can be changed from the hypothetical I displayed. Commenting on vague absolutes adds nothing to the point. Your personal stance on what has previously happened means nothing.

@MountainGoddess314 In an interview just them asking these questions is a big red flag. They should know how the law works and can be applied, meaning they should know that even starting to answer this question with a yes or a no is just silly.
