  4.  @TheSmiles813  Again, that's not saying much in the US. US gun laws and restrictions are a joke everywhere. Calling California gun laws aggressive is a vast overstatement.

  5.  @TheSmiles813  Mental distress requires someone to be evaluated. Them being evaluated means someone has to report them. I think he was perfectly in his right mind and would have retained his firearms even if evaluated. His assault charge was a misdemeanor so it doesn't ban him. I've never seen 10 people killed in 1 go by someone with a knife or a bat.
