@brentyoung4785 Wrong. They can appoint whoever they want.
3
@brentyoung4785 Incorrect. The power belongs to the Attorney General, not Congress.
3
@countrywest973 Except Trump was recorded after he was no longer president talking about classified documents that he was showing to someone and expressly stated that the documents were still classified and he never declassified them.
2
Then why did Trump make such a stink about being allowed to have the documents?
2
Lol
1
Trump is also on tape stating the documents were still classified.
1
Are you saying Trump intends to attack the media if elected?
1
Biden never showed files to anyone. All his files were personal notes.
1
He isn't there most of the time. Staff could get in. Documents were found in his desk and bathroom, not just the storage area he claimed they were being kept in.
1
Trump admitted to having the documents and is on recording showing classified documents to people.
1
He turned them all in without issue as soon as he found them.
1
With the government. He turned them in straight away.
1
@LesterMoore So where are the documents Biden had?
1
Trump admitted to having these documents and has been recorded showing them to people. Biden's classified documents were all hand written notes he took himself in meetings.
1
So when the cops do a drug bust and line up the money and drugs for pictures are they staging photos and proving that the drug dealers are actually innocent?
1
They are. Thanks.
1
@mongo_congo9908 🤣
1
Or Pence, who also had documents.
1
Yet Trump was the one convicted of fraud and keeps losing civil trials.
1
He gave them back. Trump did not.
1
Lol
1
Trump's documents were found in his bathroom, his desk drawers and strewn out on the floor. The secret service was also not at Mar a Largo most of the time. Biden's documents were hand written notes and journals, and were kept in his own home. Nothing he had was an original government document.
1
Sure, but showing classified documents to people without clearance is illegal, which he did.
1
@beezybeez4207 It was neither.
1
Stay salty.
1
@shamus967 The US economy is actually really strong right now so....
1
Joe gave his documents back. Trump didn't, lied about them and kept them in his bathroom and desk. Oh, and the secret service isn't at Mar a Lago most of the time.
1
@jessicadavid5661 They can choose not to charge, which is what they did.
1
@jessicadavid5661 It's actually up to prosecutors. If they choose not to prosecute there is no trial.
1
@jessicadavid5661 Yeah, no. Maybe don't believe everything Fox spits out at you. They don't even have the authority to make that call. The report itself came under scrutiny, with segments of it straight up lying about their conversations with Biden, as revealed by the transcripts.
1
@jessicadavid5661 Yeah, no. They literally don't have the authority to do that.
1
@jessicadavid5661 Again, they can't do that. What you're saying is just not true.
1
@jessicadavid5661 I read the report, you are wrong. If it was in the report it would be meaningless as they literally cannot deem someone unfit. Why didn't they charge Pence?
1
Because they are classified. You get that right?
1
@Duude125 The part where the loony conspiracy theorist ignores that they had to cover up classified info for the photos.
1
Yes, vice presidents have clearance.
1
They made minor changes to hide content for the photos.
1
Because he didn't do the exact same thing. Biden found the documents and turned them in. Trump lied about having them, hid them, kept them in his desk and bathroom and was recorded showing them off to people.
1
You mean because of all his campaign staff with connections to Russians?
1
It's not his home. Legally speaking Mar a Lago cannot be used as a home. There is also audio of Trump showing classified documents to people.
1
@TheRealHusk Look it up
1
He turned them all in without issue.
1
So Tump's bathroom, his desk and open on the floor are according to federal law?
1
@EdwardGraveline Wrong. Vice Presidents have clearance. Neither can keep them after they leave office. Biden cooperated, Trump did not.
1
@Duude125 What about them?
1
@Duude125 Sure, they have clearance.
1
Biden gave his back, Trump lied, hid documents, showed them to people without clearance and stored them in his personal desk and bathroom.
1
@user-ok2mq6ig5y Those notebooks were personal diaries written by Biden with the express purpose of becoming a memoirs. The idea that that's comparable to the documents Trump took, hid, and kept for reading his unlocked desk and personal bathroom is a joke.
1
No, they did hit a treasure trove, and literally ran out of slips because of all the evidence.
1
Except nobody even looked at Biden's documents, and when they were found he turned them all in. Trump however kept them in his bathroom, his desk and other unlocked rooms, he is on tape showing them to people and talking about them being classified, and was even earned about the government coming to check on the documents in advance.
1
Many pictures were taken before the FBI even turned up.
1
Not how that works.
1
That's always been the draft age.
1
They overturned 50 years of standing case law after expressly stating they wouldn't when they were appointed.
1
They released loads of Jan 6 footage dude.
1
@dathpo So you want more footage of cops being attacked?
