  8. I think you need a class in what "manners" mean. Groveling is not manners, neither is pointing fingers and yelling about clothes. There was only one man in that room that day. He kept his cool, unlike all the others. They broke every rule of etiquette when meeting another leader.

The USA has spent about 120 billion, less than the EU, and , unlike the EU, has demanded a steep interest on their "loan". Noone in their right mind would sign such a deal .
