  1. The 250% tariff on dairy is real.. BUT it only applies over a certain amount, and that amount has never been reached. Below that amount, there is zero tariffs.

  8. No, he would have to remove tariffs, and declare the Canada will NEVER be the 51 state.. then renegotiations may start, but the trust that was there, is gone.

  9. Rump broke the deals he , himself signed, so yes, it will, Canada will now prefer to trade with others, and no one will like to trade with the US.
