@moviemaker2011z You seem to be assuming that getting a lawyer = not answering questions. This is a weird assumption. There is no reason you cant talk to the police while a lawyer is present. In fact, it may ( will) protect you from having cops manipulate your answers into something they are not, while also making sure the cops get all the relevant information you may have that they need.

@Iheartdgd Polygraph results are not viable as evidence in court , based on the lack of reliable results they give... so yes a pathological liar that hs no qualms about lying, will not have the physiological reaction that a polygraph is supposed to pick up on. And even if some tests show that breathalizers are 50% effective, not just 30, going 50/50, is not exactly reliable enough to judge someone on.

@moviemaker2011z Ok, fair enough, but I would expect a cop to be less inclined to judge someone for being careful during questioning, and more intent on getting to the truth of it all, than a random person that watches videos ( like me and you), and react more based on gut feelings, than careful delibaration. ( Due to lack of experience in interrogatios). If it does not matter when you are innocent and "have nothing" to hide ( noone has nothing to hide), then it would not matter if a lawyer IS present. A rookie cop, or a dishonest/bully cop, will have mich more of a problem when a lawyer is present. A seasoned cop will not. As long as you answer honestly, and dont keep secrets, there is no reason to assume your guilt based on your lack of trust in police interrogation methods. There exist ample proof that not having a lawyer when innocent, is far from always a safe move.

It is equally wrong to ignore or abuse siblings of autistic children. This boy seems to have had no actual parenting, no love, as mom was not there, and dad spent all the time caring for the autistic child.

@Marie-en4fm the 36 year old in question was VISITING, not living with parents. Also, it is not coddling to slow down while passing his GUESTROOM DOOR to check if hes breathing. No, it wont stop him from potentially dying in his sleep, but it WILL ensure he gets help faster, and that he is not left to rot for months because noone gave a shit.

@ratoecin7250 A psycopath will commit a horrid crime.. and then blame it on someone else. They are master manipulators that understand how emotions work, while not having those emotions themselves. A person I know well , her husband was diagnosed a psychopath shortly before he commited su i cide by starting the car in a closed garage. He left behind a letter for his daughter of 8 and 10, where he blamed them for killing him. The girls never saw that letter, and they have never been told about it.

One of the best reasons for murder I have to say.. Not saying Im ok with what she did, but her reasons are certainly a lot better than those who kill for money, or for a fling.
