@moviemaker2011z Ok, fair enough, but I would expect a cop to be less inclined to judge someone for being careful during questioning, and more intent on getting to the truth of it all, than a random person that watches videos ( like me and you), and react more based on gut feelings, than careful delibaration. ( Due to lack of experience in interrogatios).
If it does not matter when you are innocent and "have nothing" to hide ( noone has nothing to hide), then it would not matter if a lawyer IS present.
A rookie cop, or a dishonest/bully cop, will have mich more of a problem when a lawyer is present. A seasoned cop will not.
As long as you answer honestly, and dont keep secrets, there is no reason to assume your guilt based on your lack of trust in police interrogation methods. There exist ample proof that not having a lawyer when innocent, is far from always a safe move.
