  1.  @holger_p  I did agree with your comment, I should have said that, my bad:) I just wanted to point out that the word Anarchy is used wrong by most ( anarchy is a nightmare idea for those in power:P) Interestingly enough, Gaddafi wrote a little book ( Gaddafis green book, I think it is called), describing a different way, a society that is controlled by the population from the bottom up, not from the top down. Giving everyone a voice about all matters. It is available for free online:)

  2. Anarchy means " without rulers", not " without rules". Even an anarchy society would need rules to get along, they would just not be forced on your from above, but be agreed upon by those that have to follow them.
