@DidivsIvlianvs Or, it is people who are actually sceptical, who demand absolute proof . Schools taught flat earth as late as 100 years ago.. NOT 500 years ago. Now we are told that earth was proven to be a ball 2000 years ago.. that is NOT what I learened in school 50 years ago. And if they thought earth was a ball 2000 years ago, why , oh why, did it take them 1500 years to make a model? The first ball model was made in 1480. These are but a few of the historical discrepancies that can make a skeptic go "hmmm". Then there is that elusive curve. Lets only take one"proof". Stand on a beach, and look out to sea. Watch a boat dissapear over the horizon. It is now "behind the curve". There is a bulge of water between it and you. Brining it back into view would be impossible from where you are standing. Yet, with a good zoom, that is exactly what happens.. you can bring back the boat from top to bottom / where it meets the sea) They forgot to tell us, that the boat over the horizon thing, can be perfectly explained , using the laws of perspective, and what happens at that distance. Weather earth is a ball or a plain, we need honest science and repeatable experiments. Not just claims from a place that has a history of less than honest behavior. Earth is still home, it is still where we all grew up.. so, truth would be nice.

@killermetalwolf2843 Even 50 years ago, they would have known if "everyone knew the earth was a ball" 500, or 2000 years ago.. after all, it was supposed to be common knowledge. I do agree with the several reasons you mention, but.... You have to take into account the claims. The claim in this case is, that on a sunny and clear day, when the ship dissapears behind the curve, it MUST BE impossible to bring back with a zoom, simply because the curve is supposed to be a given, aka, you can only see so far. Before good zooms, one could really only see so far with the naked eye, and it did appear to go beyond something. Now we can PROVE that those calculations were totally off, we can see way too far for there to be any curve as we are told.. If there is a curve, it is far bigger /sloping way more gentle, than we have been told, but then that would mess up the rest of the claims:P If they thought the earth was a ball, I am sure they would have known how to make a ball.. maybe incorrect mapping ( after all, no current globes are allowed to use for accurate measurments, only flat maps), but they would have known how to make a round ball.

@DidivsIvlianvs No one has claimed, as far as I know, that the current flat earth maps are completely accurate. But you have the same issue with ball maps, mostly below equator. distances seem to be far longer than they should be. So I guess as far as maps go, flat and ball are at a stand off:)

@DneilB007 hmm, so why all this completely new history? Why was this not taught is schools 50 years ago.. then we learned to scoff at those people 500 years ago, who believed earth was flat. You will have to excuse me, if I take your claims with a huge pinch of salt, as it is no problem for those who decide what to teach children in schools, to rewrite history. Another example of this, is the Tartarian empire, something that DID exist, but we were never taught . Nope, until factual and reliable ( aka, Not Nasa ( Never A Straight Answer) ), proof is available of curve, I will remain on the fence about it all. The curve we DID learn about obviously doesnt work, so I am waiting.

I never said flat earth was taught 50 years ago, I said it was taught about 100 years ago. 50 years ago we were told that earth was thought to be flat 500, not 2000 years ago, so this has changed . But if it was known 2000 years ago, then why did we not get told that? As it must have been taught for 2000 years? Nothing makes sense, and history gets rewritten.. this makes me very suspiscious. Truth is just truth.. lies needs to be covered up.

@killermetalwolf2843 Would not be able to see forever, no matter how great the light is. Our eyes is what decides ( under optimal conditions) how far we can see. Angular resolution, makes out eyes able to see only so far, after that we are "blind". You know, traintracks seemingly ending in a point far away, even if we know they dont? It is the limit of our own eyes. 8 miles before curve ( roughly) but things can be seen 100 miles away, bottom to top, without any hump covering the bottom. There is so much information out there on this, I will leave it to you to keep looking. Oh.. these are just people doing research.. no white lab coats, or official approval of opinion. The upside is, you can check all claims for yourself. There is no curve like we have been told. We see not 2 miles further, but 200 miles further.. that should tell you something.

@yourhandlehere1 sigh.. there is no commercial plane that can go high enough to see any curve.. Why do you not check the information first,. so you dont have to make wrong claims? Also, you need to learn about how eyes, and lenses work.. When we look straight ahead, what is in the distance, to the far left and right ( still looking straight ahead) will seem curved, not straight.. We see in a circle, not a square. And you believe in the moon landings? You really have some diggin to do.

@ecanus-3605 Agree with you on most, but were the romans less agressive? And sometimes ( quite often) it is not due to war, that a culture ends. Is it not our responsibility now, to teach what we know? Or do we leave it to our benevolent and loving leaders to keep running this show?

@VRDejaVu I never said I was a teacher . All you have to do to show the world is a sphere, is to give one single piece of evidence that can NOT be explained in any other way scientifically, and that can be confirmed by experimenting according to good scientific rules by anyone. This rules out ""images from space", simply because we can not verify them ourselves. No such proof exists.. and it really should.. Did you know that there is not enough waterdepth around the equator to create that "bulge of water" they claim is there? Did you know that all aviation is based on a " non rotating, flat earth"? Does that not seem weird to you? Anyway, just give that one , single piece of proof that can not be explained in any other way.. and you are good :).

@killermetalwolf2843 About angular vision, the first example you gave. versus going behind curve. In the current ball model, the bottom of the ship will start disappearing about 12,5miles out.... so anything beyond that is below the curve, The horizon line must be about 12.5 miles out, so seeing a beachline on the other side of water, beyond that, is impossible.. Yet it happens, we can see way further than we should be able to.. and not by tens of miles, but hundreds. So if this is a ball.. it is huge, way larger than we thought. One more thing. Standing on the beach, looking out over the water, do you have to look down to see the horizion, or can you look straight ahead? If you are on a flat ( or almost flat) plane, then the horizon will come up to your eyes, matching your angular vision. If you stand on a ball, then anything that is sea level, would fall away from you , as you are alwys on top of the ball, everything falls away . Even if it curves down only a bit, the horizon would not come up to your eye level.

Just wondering :) And I am not arguing that stuff is happening btw, weather, sun, clouds.. earthquakes and volcanoes, all different from when I grew up. @graxmccoar8678 50 years ago , in school, I was taught that only a couple of hundred years ago, some people still believed in a flat earth. 45 years ago , in school, they changed the story, now it was 500 years ago that people believed in a flat earth.. they worried about Colombus.. A few years ago, not in school anymore, they changed the story again, now "everyone" knew it was a ball 2000 years ago, due to a greek experiment with a well, 2 sricks, and the sun. What they failed to mention is, that experiment ( even disgrace tyson admitted as much) has 2 correct answers. A very large sun, very far away, over a curved surface, OR, a smaller sun, far closer, over a flat surface. I am not sure what you are trying to say about flying...You are not high enough to see any curve.. And yes, My parents sailed around earth, it is quite possible, even if earth is flat. What most people forget is, you can sail from A to A, without turning back as long as you have a mainly east to west, or west to east direction. Try going north to south, across the south pole, and back up to the north? Noone has done it. There is one guy who got the acheievement, but if you look at his flightroute, his plane is not even close to crossing , he cant, he has to turn back., and he mostly stays on "one side" of the would be, ball. As far as having been "off planet", why are there only composite images, or cgi images.. why are there no actual photos? As far as the pictures oif earth from the first moonlandings, why does eath, that is several times larger than the moon, look moonsized , when viewed from the moon? Should it not appear a lot bigger? School systems. Did you know it was the Rockefeller family that started the current school system? They controlled what should be taught. In school, 50 years ago, I was told that almost noone could read or do simple math, before schools became available to everyone. Turns out, that is simply not true. Reading and writing among the lower classes was common as far back as the middle ages. The "illeterate" settlers of the west just LOVED short stories, every family had at least a few. If you have not caught on to any of the lies you were taught in school... not sure if that is on you, or the school, but TRUTH, is not the primary goal of organized education.

@graxmccoar8678 you mean the photos never shown, or the ones proven to be manipulated? Or , simply images from low earth orbit? I am not sure if a system of indoctrination , is better than a system of free home, teaching. I dont mind the idea of a classroom with a teacher. I AM against a certain elite deciding what children may learn Evidence? Just take something as simple as writing. I learend 2 different ways of handwriting, never got good at the pretty one, but it enabled me to read handwritten texts. Now children do not learn cursiv, only print, and their ability to write and read, suffer. Adding to this, children are now given Ipads to do the writing on, taking away the important part of holding a pencil and learning fine motor skills. This is NOT better..

@geelovesyou8227 Flat or round.. have you ever seen those dinnerplates that has the moonface painted on them? Hold one of those up.. step back, take a pic, and you cant tell the difference betwen the plate and the moon. That plate is both flat and round, even circular. it is not spherical or ballshaped though. If you want to find out about something you are standing on....why look into space? How do you know ANY planet is a sphere? I am not saying they are not, I am saying that all the proof you have of that, is "someone else told you". Remember that all pretty images of planets, are CGI. So no, if I want to know if my dog is ok, I do not look over the fence at the neighbours dog.. ( If I did, mine would have to diet). What I am claiming is : All "proofs" that earth is a ball, here down where we are at, like ships dissapearing behind the horizon, can all be explained with earth being flat as well. aka, several explanations are possible. But several proofs of a flat earth, can NOT be explained with a ballshaped one.. not of the size our ball is supposed to be at least.

@geelovesyou8227 Have you done ANY studies of this at all? Every photo you see of earth, is of a flat earth. Every "photo" you see of a planet.. is a CGI composition. Just ask NASA, the said it. And that includes earth btw. All actual photos are taken down here. Actual evidence MUST be repeatable , if not, it is not evidence.. it must also not be just a single group of people able to do it.. then it becomes sketchy at best. I am sorry that you state it as a fact that you dont need actual evidence, and that you are happy with being told what to think. Want some impossible photos that you could also take yourself with the right camera? JTolan channel, here on youtube.. Infra red images that show impossible things. ( if we were on the describred ball). A tip.. if earth is not a ball.. then space is not what we are told either.

@saturnalia91 obviously I have flown a lot of times, and the horizon is flat. I remember being puzzled by that as a child.. then I thought nothing of it for a few years, when I learned that no commercial flight gooes high enough to see curve. So that laugh is on you mate.. you did an experiment that is not doable.

@saturnalia91 your logic is severely flawed.. gravity is real, we see it daily, so clearly earth can be flat and still have gravity:P Does aearth not have mass if it is flat? And no evidence have ever shown this theory to be true, that is all fantasy until actual evidence is presented. Gravity is real. but we still do not know what causes it. Even as a child, believing in the ball, I had issues with this spinning ball keeping water on it.. how can a world not obey the very rules that apply ON it? Anything spinning throws water away...

legumes does not have complete proteins. Not every area in the world can grow said legumes. You have to be a well educated chemist to know how much to make of each kind of legume per meal and per individual. Since every individial handles plants differently, legumes are extremely toxic to humans, and we no longer have any orgen dedicated to plants.. we are very screwed with your methods. B12 is found in meat, there is no way you would get enough from fermented plants. There are far more essential nutrients than B12 that you CANT NOT find in plants- Most of our veggies are less than 200 years old.. since we started farming plants about 6-10 000 years ago ( depending on area), we have no regained the large cecum we used to have some million years ago, but we are devolving, we have become , on average 5 inches shorter and lost 11% brainvolume. Plants will either kill us, or turn us back to naked beings, too busy munching plants to have time for much else.

@Flaschenteufel In fact, they are just trying to copy the herbivore way, while also finding time for you to do work. Ideally, you will start eating plants in the morning.. then munch and munch all day, until you go to bed and hipefilly get some sleep. Rinse and repeat. You may feel fine at first, but as time goes by ( if you dont eat any animal products), you will notice your malnutrition more and more. And even from the start, you will have severe bloating, pass a lot of gass and have huge stools several times a day, consisting of mostly undigested matter ( we really cant deal with fivers, as we have no dedicated organ for it). The alternative is eating a single meal a day, consisting of meat with the fat on, and some salt, feeling fine all day., no hunger, no bloating, no gas, and small stools, often not even daily, as almost everything is digested and used. No malnutrition, as meat with the fat on, contains everything a human needs to thrive.
