  5. @S W biologically you are wrong on all points. lets just take digestion. We do not have any place in our gut, to ferment and break down plant matter to a digestable form. Cows have 4 stomachs ( and digest the bacteria that ate the plants), horses have a very large cecum ( and again digest the bacteria that broke down the plants), humans have no such place, no such feature, we only have our small inestine, that is fairly short compared to, say a horse. We cant get the nutrients from plants in sufficient amounts to thrive. What we DO get is the plants toxins and anti nutrients, as these are made by the plant to make it hard to eat. We aloso then get huge amounts of fiber.. that is utterly useless and undigestable for us, that we have to push through the gut. leading to frequent and huge dumps, or constipation. Eat meat though ( only meat and fats from animals), and you need to eat a lot less. Our strong stomach acid breakes it down nicely, and by the time it has passed the small intestine, theres barely anything left. Leading to small bowelmovements, maybe not even daily. Meat has no antinutrients or toxins for humans. Finally, meat and animal fats has all the nutrients a human needs, plants do not, and at least 20 nutrients must be supplemented. We did NOT evolve to eat supplements.. where are the supplement bushes? Saturated fats are good for you, not bad for you, the old claim has been debunked solidly, and cholesterol is NOT and indicator for heart disease. I suggest watching Bart Kay for the more scientific parts.. as he is indeed a real scientists, hands on.
