Even if they still hold the keys, even if they still decide what and who may enter or leave. Even if they are the ones to decide if there can be an airport or seaport.,.. they are not occupiers, just neighbours. Fo your neighbours control when you leave your house and when you are not allowed to? Do your neigbours decide when you may have water, food and electricity? Gaza is a huge concentrationcamp.. it is not a free country/area. And now after 75 years, it holds generations of prisoners, children are born prisoners.
