Either at all, OR, in complete form ( like vit A is only found in meat and fat, while the precursor , betacarotene, is found in plants. Which plants contain complete vit A for the 40 or so % that cannot convert betacarotene?) Please tell me which plants has the following in bioavailable form? 1) Pre-formed Omega-3 Fatty Acids DHA and EPA 2) Vitamin K2 3) Vitamin D3 4) Vitamin A/Retinol 5) Zinc 6) Choline 7) Calcium 8) Iron ( Heme iron) 9) Iodine 10) Selenium 11) Cholesterol 12) Carnitine 13) Carnosine 14) Glycine 15) Amino Acids 16) Creatine 17) Taurine 18) Vitamin B6/Pyridoxine 19) Vitamin B2/Riboflavin 20) Vitamin B3/Niacin I have more questions once I get the answer to these

@p.channel.2023 true vegans? Are true vegans a different species of human? One with different organs and different needs nutritionally? Or is a true vegan just a person that ignores the facts of life ( Cropgrowing cause far more animal death and suffering than raising animals for meat. Cropgrowing is very harmful to nature as a whole. Plantdiets are severely lacking in bioavalable nutrients for humans, and over 20 essential nutrients are completely lacking while the toxic load is very high. Meat with fat contains all the nutrients we need, in bioavailable form and in optimal amounts.. without any of the toxins that plants contain.)

@someguy2135 Uhm.. I eat ,eat only, and it is far cheaper than it would be if I ate a vegan diet. As a vegan, i would need several pounds of plantmatter every day, consisting of many different plants to get as wide a variety of nutrients as possible, but also making sure I dont combine a wanted nutrient , with a plant that prevents me from absorbing that nutrient. This means buying plants from all parts of the world, as local produce will not cover enough. I would also need to supplement the over 20 essential nutrients that cant be found in the plantworld, and I would have to eat many times a day to feel somewhat content and full. As a vegan meal lacks good fats, and the proteins are never complete, feeling satiated is not an option. Being a vegan with a tiny hope of remaining somewhat healthy, is EXPENSIVE. With meat its easy, no supplements needed, eat once or maybe 2 times a day, feel satiated and comfortable. Less farting, no bloating, far less waste.
