  1. Cholesterol is not a problem, it has been vindicated, but statins are still being pushed, statins also do not help against heart disease, as chilesterol is not the problem. Low cholesterol is as bad as extremely high cholesterol. 220 seems to be the statistical sweetspot, but what is best on an individual basis can very a lot. Our bodies makes cholesterol for a reason, and our brains needs a ton of it.

  2. If you live in earthquake prone areas, I recomend dutchsinse channel. He is the best at predicting earthquakes.. days ahead. That way you can be alerted of a possibility days before, and more alert and get better use of this app.

  4.  @JB-dk4cm  So if you are not always on screen, you dont get alarms? I am pretty sure thats not how alarms work. Do you sit in bed and look at your alarm, to be sure not to miss it going off?
