@Patrick-sg7cm more problems with everyone going vegan.
Noone would keep farm animals, so they would go extinct. Not more cute calves and lamgs to feel sorry for, now they wont even get born.
Without farm animals, there is no meat for petfood. Cats and dogs die out.
Without manure from farms, crops will suffer, yealds will go down. Larger areas will be needed to feed the same amount of people, killing more wildlife is a must. This goes on a decade or so. until the soil is completely depleted and turn into dust.
The few humans that survived going vegan, aka living on nutrient deficient "food" long enough to see the demise of agriculture, will die too.. from being vegan.
So you killed more wildlife, all farm animals, and eventually, every human.. how on earth does that save anyone?

@Patrick-sg7cm tell me the next time you see a wild herd of Holstein cows:P
Compost made from only plants.. grown in soil, will draw nutrients out of that soil. without manure, making compost from said plants, will NOT replace those nutrients.. anyone with a brain would be able to guess at that. The soil gets deader for every crop until its all dead.
Manure is needed.
Then there is this funny thing called humans. Humans are not herbivores, not front gut fermenters, not hindgut fermenters.. we are not fermenters at all anymore.
We used to be, some hundreds of thousands of years ago, but now.. we need meat.
vegans, if they had their wish, would kill the entire world.
On a carnivore diet ( species appropriate), humans thrive.
On a vegan diet, we get sick. We get sick slower with supplements, but we still get sick. I dont care if you commit slow suicide, but I am not going to do the same just because of your feelings.
