Loved the video, but plants are not where you find nutrients and health, For that you need meat , eggs and fish. Plants are not needed in a human diet, and our ancestors would not eat more than 20% plants at most. Meat has every nutrient you need ( dont skip the fat), and plants do not, while also containing antinutrients that messes stuff up.

@random_person2211 Yes, It is not much, but it is there. It is enough of it to keep you healthy if you dont add plants to your diet. If you eat plants with the meat, you need far more vit C, than if you eat only meat( with the fat on) or eggs and fish.
