@DiogoJ1 example. Your neighbour ( zelinsky)beats(kills) his adopted ( russian population of donbas) children daily. In his apartment, and he owns that house. On a larger scale you are saying that making a phonecall to talk, while he is still beating the children, is better, than going in and securing the childrens bedroom(donbas), adding it to your part of the house(russia), to make it safe for them,
