You certainly can not expect a huge influx of foreign spectators.. for the same reason.

  5.  @FreddyNietzsche.  The alternative is to use the same practices that were used before Rump was elected king... Do you remember that? Not open borders but normal, mostly peaceful and mostly polite passport controls. It was just a few months ago.. like 3.. no need for open borders.

  6. Funny, but I have to agree with the other Norwegian said down here. Usaians that come to Norway, are very unlikely to be Rumpers. Better to show them how a good country treats allies, rather than threaten them.

  13. Most people all over want the same things in life. Enough good food, A cosy place that feels like home, comfortable and maybe some pretty clothes. Something interesting to do for work, and a job that pays a living wage. Most people are content with this, not much more is needed. It is the greedy robber barons that are the problem. And then us ordinary people ( historically) for not stopping them before they got too big. Right now, it can be stopped in the USA, but soon that may not be so for a long time. Most people assume that most other people are nice and decent, like themselves, including Russians:)

  14.  @debarkedbyfacui  ww1, US arrives a few months before the war was over, the victory was allready a given. Then they claimed it was them doing it, while they spent most of the time learning to fight in trainingcamps. Only pilots and other special units were actually fit to join the fight. They also sold materials, equipment and other goods to BOTH sides, helping to fuel Germany and make the war last longer. The same thing happened in WW2. 3 years late to the party, Selling to both sides making a lot of money on our dead. So shut up.

  17. @ race isnt mentioned, it is your own mind that added that. Yes, it is kind of implied, as it is fekking true, your country STILL have a slave/master mentality. Just look at any job, the worker accepts that the boss can now call on them 24/7... thats slavery. Make it possible to pay pickers a livable salary, and perhaps the COLOR of the picker becomes less important than the ripeness of crop.
