  1. And... this is one of many, many, many reasons why California is losing out on businesses coming to California and leaving our once great State. Way, way, way, way, way to many regulations to get anything started. Jamul Indian Tribe has been at this for years on years to get casino built, unlike the many tribes that have their casinos already. Watch it California, you keep it up and you're going to be looking at the 50th worst business friendly State, instead 49th. California sucks. It will continue to suck and only suck more and more, because nothing can get done in timely manner. Nope, instead we Californian's have to wait 10 to 20, even 30 or more years before anything get's done in this horrible State now. California is just going to fall behind and destroy itself, from over taxing, over regulating and making harder and harder for people to survive to live with it's outrageous cost of living. Who in the h--- can afford a house at $250,000 or more? Unreal. California sucks.  It use to be great, not anymore.
