  1. Guess the County of San Diego should look into building another dam somewhere and also one that can store more than any lake in the county now. Something needs to built to store up a larger amount of water.  San Diego isn't decreasing, only increasing.   Find another dam site that can be our counties largest dam area next. If people really want to fish, there's always Lower Otay Lakes too.
