  1. Throwing your rock and stick in a more challenging throwing motion with a sidearm motion. An over hand throw is more accurate of a throwing motion. Sidearm can be accurate; but will take practice to become an accurate sidearm thrower. I am sure you'd hit your target if you threw over hand instead of sidearm throw.
