  1. Love to have this in pod cast format! Couple of suggestions: (1) is it possible to upload audio-only somewhere so I can listen during my commute? (2) Having an index/table of contents really helps sometimes where you can post the segments and click-able timestamps. I listen to the whole thing, but sometimes I leave and come back to it, and it's easy to remember what I already heard about and just click on the next "chapter".
