  1. In Northern Ireland yes, and parts of Scotland. But here in England the majority of English didn't give a sh*t whether you were Catholic or Protestant. They still don't. I have friends who I've known for years, and I don't even know what denomination they are? I don't care either.

  5. Not true. The Irish Republic was majority Catholic, with 15% Protestant population, but it was an officially secular state. Whilst "Northern Ireland" from its creation in 1921 was declared as a "Protestant state for a Protestant people" despite Catholics making up 30% of that (artificial) state. They were literally told from day one they were second class citizens in their ancient homeland. Hence the "troubles".

  10. Tried to eradicate their religion and culture. Almost succeeded in eradicating their language. Even set up a fake Sectarianian state in the northeast of Ireland to further undermine them for decades. Then imposed strict tariffs on trade from the Irish Free state, to impoverish it from day one. What a way to treat a neighbour.

  11. The indigenous of these islands are all very closely related people from one racial group. The British elites, mainly of Norman origin sowed religious and class division amongst the 4 people to keep us divided, and their privileged position intact.
