  1. Around 1977-78 i recall seeing a news article about thousands of Medical students who were rioting in a country in the sub continent. I cant recall which 3rd world country it was, but there was mayhem on the streets of the Capital. Why were they rioting you may wonder?....The Authorites had launched a massive crack down on cheating in medical examinations!
