  2. They done the same in Gateshead. Part of a White working class housing estate was demolished. New state of the art energy efficient housing was built. The advertising was almost all Blacks and other ethnics. Sure enough 18 month later I'm passing thru on my Mountain bike. 60% the house's went to Non indigenous people.
