  1. I trained with a Policeman at my gym around 3 years ago. Northumbria Police were recruiting, and I told this copper that both my son and Son in Law had both applied to join the police. His retort was ..."are your son, and son in law Black or Gay by any chance"? On replying in the negative, the copper said...."Well you're Son and Son in law haven't a hope in hell of getting in the Police force these days.
