  1. Many Irish have black hair. But are still White Blue eyed people. I'm majority Gael origin myself. One of my Grandsons has jet black hair, and blue eyes. These people were often referred to as the "Black Irish". It meant black haired. The Irish are the palest skinned people on the planet.
