are you claiming that North Macedonia and its Bulgarian/slavic population has ties to the ancient Macedonian/Greek peoples and empire? LOL if so then you have lost all credibility and I cannot take you seriously anymore! I am not even greek by the way.

what about reparations for 🇵🇸 stop the hypocrisy!

@billzhang8628 ok then so by your logic Turkiye is also ancient Greece or Macedonia because many turks have some genetics as the ancient greeks and Turkiye has lands that once were part of ancient Greece and the Macedonian empire. LOL
11
 @louisbeerreviews8964 yes it is!
11
@jean-luc_picard so you are saying that Turks are actually Greek and that Turkiye is actually eastern Greece? LOL of course some of the ancient Macedonians mixed with the slavs but most remained Greek and are today in actual Greece where most of ancient Macedonia is located geographically.

interesting! so basically no matter what religion the turkic people follow be it the Turkish Muslims, Hungarian Catholics or Gaguzian orthodox christians, they somehow find a way to anger the “west” and show at least some respect for the Russians. lol

@billzhang8628 I moved to Britain at the age of 7 and even though I consider myself British because I am a citizen I do not consider myself ethnically English nor claim English or British national history as my own. I also consider myself culturally western European and Albanian but again I am ethnically Albanian not English even if I had one distant English ancestor. you are Chinese Canadian you are not native Canadian lol nor are the European Canadians native Canadian peoples. Europe has nations based on ethnic heritages unlike American nations. that is why you are confused about who you are because Canada and America tells its citizens we are all Canadians but still people don’t accept this and that is why you have African Americans and Chinese Americans or Indian and Arab Americans and so on!

@billzhang8628 your comparisons don’t make sense because the Bulgarians are not trying to claim they are ancient Thracians and nor are the Arabs of Syria claiming to be ancient Assyrians even though the Syrians of today may have some genetics from the ancient Assyrians. look at the end of the day we are all humans and as a Muslim myself i believe we all have the same father and mother Adam and Eve. but we cannot just claim other peoples history. I am Albanian and many Albanians believe that Alexander of Macedon had an Albanian mother and so on but historically I recognise that Alexander was Greek and ancient Macedonian history is greek history not slavic or Bulgarian or even Albanian history. coptic christians can claim to be descendants of ancient Egyptians but Egypt today is a majority Arab nation. Bulgarians are a mix of slavic and turkic peoples with a sprinkle of greek and Thracian and Dacian but they cannot claim Thracian history. same for the Slavs of north Macedonia they cannot claim ancient Macedonia history for themselves even if some of them have ancient Macedonian genetics. Turks cannot claim Hittite or greek or roman history as their own even if many turks may have some greek ancestry. same with European Americans they cannot claim native american heritage/history. if we start doing that then history makes no sense at all anymore! also don’t forget that not all of north Macedonia is part of ancient macedonia geographically but only the southern part of the country and the rest is in todays Greece.

@achmedaan government? i thought humus was a trrrrr group?
4
@billzhang8628 i guess you are right but the majority of people would disagree with you on this and will probably always disagree because humans are naturally tribal and not global. I just cannot understand why someone who is African for example, wants to claim to be European just because they live in Europe and this is basically what the slavs in Macedonia are doing! they should name the country “the Slavic and Albanian Republic of north Macedonia” and just accept historical facts. like how the Arabs name their countries: “the Arab Republic of Egypt” or “the Arabic Republic of Syria”, etc.

Russia also recognises Ukraine and Azerbaijan and Armenia recognise each other, yet they are at war! the zionist USA and israhel think that Arab and Muslim government recognitions will change the inevitable doom that is waiting israhel! but it won’t.

@geo865833 because their people have been under okupation for decades now maybe? longer than the sovviet union okupied eastern europaa!
3
@JamesKerLindsay yes we did. you mentioned it but quickly brushed it aside!

4:20 how do you make your country a british “protectorate” exactly? because to my knowledge Saudi Arabia was never a protectorate of the British empire!
2
@billzhang8628 what kind of Syrian is calling himself an Assyrian today? they say they are Arabs. also what Bulgarian is saying that they are Thracian, they say they are Bulgarian. anyways this conversation is going nowhere! just round and round in circles. Bulgarians have very little connection to ancient Thracians except for a little genetics. they have a different language, culture, history, everything! same with Slavs in 🇲🇰 they are slavs who speak Bulgarian and have very little if any connection to ancient Macedonias who were greek in language, culture and history, etc. the Turks have a right to claim Hittite and greek or Byzantine history os part of their geographical country called Turkey but the turks cannot claim to be the Hittite or ancient Greek peoples, etc. they are turks. simple! why complicate things with oh but those ancient peoples assimilated into the dominant culture and so on. so what! the dominant culture won. the Hittites are no more, the Assyrians are gone! the ancient Macedonians are greek. lets stop arguing about this nonsense and just accept who you are! are turkish migrants who went to Germany decades ago for work ethnically German now? should they claim German history as theirs? LOL please understand how crazy this sounds!

@seneca983 what does it say exactly?
1
@seneca983 I have read parts of it and it simply mentions that the British gave the Saudis weapons and some money/gold and in return the Saudis promised not to attack or invade the British dependancies of the UAE, Yemen and others. they had multiple similar pacts, so I don't see how these treaties make Saudi Arabia a "protectorate", whatever that means!
1
@sirsurnamethefirstofhisnam7986 well if you are right on that definition of protectorate then the Saudis were not protectorates because they took money from the british instead of paying them a fee for protection.
1
@seneca983 i don’t know, i have only seen paraphrased bits of the treaty online.
1
@billzhang8628 except it makes no sense because turks are not greek or roman just like bulgars or slavs are not greek or ancient Macedonian even if some of them have some genetic leftovers from those ancient peoples or used to occupy the same geographic area. even Americans realise their African or European ancestry and simply refer themselves as American for nationalistic reasons not because they believe to be native Americans even though some of them may have had a native american ancestor. Americans realise they are descendants of colonialists or immigrants or slaves from Europe and Africa or Asia. whereas the slavs of “north Macedonia” are saying we are the DIRECT descendants of ancient greek Macedonia and Alexander lol can you not see the absurdity! its like the ashkenazi european jews saying that they are the actual descendants of the ancient israeli semitic people from 3,000 years ago! lol

@geo865833 i don’t like humus, i disagree with much of their religious ideology and methodology but they are the children and orphans of gza and its refugee camps, i support them in their cause for freedom.

@JamesKerLindsay for most people, in most cases, religion comes first and then culture/language and ethnic heritage. that is probably why the Gagauz people feel closer to Russia because it is seen as an orthodox christian country and the protector of their religion. I myself put faith in Allah/God and my religion - islam first, before anything else and I say this this as a white European Muslim revert from atheism, brought up in England with a British culture but being ethnically Albanian.
