  24. well it wouldn’t be believable if they didn’t actually try and have casualties. if Putin wanted regime change he would have tried years earlier during the ceyea coup but the Russians know that regime change is not a permanent fix. the ussa would just do another coup years later! the more permanent fix is to annex the Russian speaking territories of Ukraine and incorporate them into to Russia. whatever it was, it was definitely not the main priority!
