so where did the ancient Egyptians go? did they just disappear! the few thousand Arabs that came to Egypt assimilated into the society but the Arab culture including language became dominant. its the same people just with a different language and culture.

@riaa8689 kemet was referring to the black soil on the river nile not the people of Egypt. the Nubians invaded ancient Egypt and for hundreds of years the royalty were Nubians but Egypts history is thousands of years and for most of that history they did not have black Nubians as royals. seriously who is teaching you this dystopian history? let me guess, Hollywood?

@poorindiansanddogsarenotal1276 did you even read my comment. the Egyptians adopted the Arab culture, language, they are not ethnically Arab. Sudanese people are also considered Arabs and so are Somalis because of their culture and some Arab blood in some of them.

@riaa8689 you are not getting what i am saying, do you have difficulty reading english? its Arab culture that the Egyptians adopted but they are still the same ancient Egyptians and the artwork of ancient Egypt do not have most of them looking like Nubians but like the Egyptians of today, Nubians make up only a small percentage of the artwork in ancient Egypt. you are only lying to yourself!
