@Johnny-baba lol china has blasphemy laws also! you cannot insult the communist party and their leader or the government and state or the Chinese flag or anything else like that! the Chinese government is oppressive to all religious people but especially uighur Muslims in Xinjiang because of separatism not because of religion. the Hui Muslims which are greater in number but live in east china are not persecuted like the uighur because they are not a threat to separatism for china.

@JMJ-rb2ze insulting religion leads to communities fighting each other like you see in india nearly every day where hundreds and sometimes thousands are klld. therefore punishing those who insult religion is a must! the punishment can be different depending on the country and the seriousness of the insult, etc.

@pavanp5560 i don’t know about religion but in china you can go missing forever if you insult the communist government or leaders, even past dead leaders like Mao. in Russia for example you cannot insult religion or you will go to jail!
