no person except the martyrs are in paradise right now until judgment day and they cannot see what is happening on earth. also in islam we don’t say rip but inna lillahi wa inna ilayhi raji’un إِنَّا لِلَّهِ وَإِنَّ إِلَيْهِ رَاجِعُونَ surely to Allah we belong and verily to Him we will all return! and may Allah ﷻ have mercy upon her and accept her into paradise on judgement day. right now her soul is in the barzakh or grave realm waiting for the day of resurrection. please learn about islam if you are a Muslim.
